En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los \u00e1nodos de SiOx han atra\u00eddo mucha atenci\u00f3n por su alta capacidad espec\u00edfica reversible superior a 1000 mAh g-1 y su baja expansi\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica, especialmente por su larga vida \u00fatil, en comparaci\u00f3n con los \u00e1nodos basados en silicio (Si). Sin embargo, a medida que el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas de SiOx aumenta hasta el nivel de la micra, su escasa conductividad, expansi\u00f3n de volumen y disminuci\u00f3n de la capacidad espec\u00edfica se vuelven graves. Se han realizado muchos trabajos fruct\u00edferos para resolver estos problemas. Por ejemplo, Liu et al. han dise\u00f1ado una microesfera Yolk@Shell SiOx\/C con las ventajas de adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio de volumen, alta conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y excelente estabilidad estructural. Liu et al. describieron microesferas monodispersas de SiOx\/C con SiOx homog\u00e9neamente disperso en una matriz de carbono que mejora la conductividad electr\u00f3nica del SiOx y amortigua los grandes cambios de volumen. Sin embargo, estas estrategias eficaces para la reducci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas nanosize y las estructuras \u00fanicas creativas no son adecuadas para las propiedades de procesamiento requeridas en la producci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica. Por lo tanto, con la demanda de innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en materiales de c\u00e1todo ricos en Mn y con alto contenido en Ni para bater\u00edas de alta densidad energ\u00e9tica, el desarrollo de materiales de c\u00e1todo de SiOx de tama\u00f1o microm\u00e9trico con larga vida de ciclo y buena procesabilidad se ha convertido en una prioridad urgente.<\/p><p>Se sabe que el TiO2 experimenta una ligera expansi\u00f3n de volumen ( 1,5 V). Por lo tanto, el TiO2 puede utilizarse como una buena capa protectora para mejorar la integridad estructural de los \u00e1nodos de Si\/SiOx de tama\u00f1o nanom\u00e9trico. Estudios anteriores han demostrado que pueden utilizarse recubrimientos finos (~10 nm) de TiO2 o TiO2\/C para part\u00edculas de Si\/SiOx a nanoescala. Recientemente, nuestro grupo ha demostrado que el TiO2 puede mejorar la calidad del recubrimiento de carbono sobre SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica, mejorando as\u00ed la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica del material del electrodo. Sin embargo, la expansi\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica del SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica no puede controlarse con un simple recubrimiento fino de TiO2 y se necesita algo de espacio para acomodar la expansi\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica del SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica y un recubrimiento m\u00e1s resistente para controlar el dominio de expansi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En este trabajo, hemos dise\u00f1ado materiales de \u00e1nodo de SiOx de tama\u00f1o microm\u00e9trico (p-SiOx@yTiO2@C) que combinan espacio vac\u00edo interno y un recubrimiento h\u00edbrido TiO2\/C ultragrueso (200-400 nm). Curiosamente, en lugar de simplemente adsorberse f\u00edsicamente en la superficie de SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica, el TiO2 forma enlaces Si-O-Ti mediante enlace qu\u00edmico, lo que reduce enormemente la resistencia interfacial y mejora la uni\u00f3n del recubrimiento al SiOx. La funcionalidad del recubrimiento heterog\u00e9neo grueso de TiO2\/C puede representarse bien mediante la visualizaci\u00f3n de la variaci\u00f3n del espesor del material del electrodo. Este estudio proporciona un nuevo concepto para el desarrollo de materiales de electrodos negativos de SiOx de tama\u00f1o micro mediante la combinaci\u00f3n del espacio vac\u00edo y la construcci\u00f3n de recubrimientos gruesos hibridizados para conseguir una baja expansi\u00f3n de volumen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Aplicaciones<\/strong><\/p><p>En este trabajo se dise\u00f1aron nuevos materiales de \u00e1nodo de SiOx con baja expansi\u00f3n de volumen y alta conductividad i\u00f3nica mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de un espacio tamp\u00f3n interno con una cubierta h\u00edbrida externa de TiO2\/C ultragruesa de 200-400 nm. Inicialmente se desarroll\u00f3 un sistema confocal de visualizaci\u00f3n de reacciones electroqu\u00edmicas para caracterizar los cambios de grosor del electrodo, lo que permiti\u00f3 cuantificar en tiempo real los cambios de grosor del electrodo durante la carga y la descarga. Sorprendentemente, el hinchamiento m\u00e1ximo del grosor del \u00e1nodo dise\u00f1ado con una capacidad espec\u00edfica de 1006,2 mA hg- durante la primera litiaci\u00f3n fue de s\u00f3lo 37%. Posteriormente, el \u00e1nodo dise\u00f1ado exhibi\u00f3 una vida de ciclo estable con un decaimiento de la capacidad de 7,83% despu\u00e9s de 100 ciclos en comparaci\u00f3n con la capacidad del 5\u00ba ciclo. esto indica que el recubrimiento h\u00edbrido TiO2\/C grueso dise\u00f1ado desplaza eficazmente la tensi\u00f3n de expansi\u00f3n de SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica hacia la capa de SiOx. de SiOx al espacio interno. Este trabajo demuestra que es posible controlar la expansi\u00f3n de gran volumen de las part\u00edculas de SiOx a escala microm\u00e9trica y mantener una larga vida \u00fatil mediante el dise\u00f1o racional del recubrimiento heterog\u00e9neo superficial y la estructura a granel. En primer lugar, el electrodo de trabajo y la l\u00e1mina de litio como contraelectrodo se preparan utilizando herramientas especiales y se montan en un soporte de celda especial y se fijan con tornillos. A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1aden 0,5 ml de electrolito al fondo del cuerpo de la c\u00e9lula y se sella el soporte para poder visualizar la c\u00e9lula y la secci\u00f3n transversal del electrodo de trabajo mantenida contra la ventana de vidrio.
