La mayor\u00eda de los efectos f\u00edsicos que se producen en los \u00e1tomos moleculares en general, como el movimiento de los n\u00facleos y la torsi\u00f3n de los enlaces qu\u00edmicos, ocurren en el intervalo de tiempo de femtosegundos a picosegundos, la separaci\u00f3n y transferencia de cargas, la transferencia de energ\u00eda, etc. ocurren en el intervalo de femtosegundos a nanosegundos, mientras que el tiempo de vida de la fluorescencia de los materiales luminiscentes se sit\u00faa generalmente en el orden de los nanosegundos. Adem\u00e1s, la excitaci\u00f3n de la luz puede producir una gran cantidad de productos transitorios, como mol\u00e9culas en estado excitado, radicales neutros, radicales i\u00f3nicos positivos o negativos, etc., y los m\u00e9todos de ensayo en estado estacionario s\u00f3lo pueden reflejar todo el proceso de un efecto integral, pero no pueden reflejar c\u00f3mo el proceso va cambiando con el tiempo, por lo que la resoluci\u00f3n temporal se convierte en un par\u00e1metro importante para una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de la naturaleza de la propia mol\u00e9cula. Existen dos tipos principales de sistemas de espectroscopia ultrarr\u00e1pida de uso com\u00fan en la actualidad: los sistemas de fluorescencia de femtosegundos resueltos en el tiempo y los sistemas de bomba-sonda de femtosegundos.<\/p><p>(1) Sistemas de fluorescencia de femtosegundos resueltos en el tiempo (conversi\u00f3n ascendente de fluorescencia):<\/p><p>Puede utilizarse para detectar el decaimiento de la fluorescencia en el estado luminoso a lo largo del tiempo y puede detectar la din\u00e1mica de fluorescencia resuelta en el tiempo en la escala de subfemtosegundos a nanosegundos, dependiendo de la anchura del pulso l\u00e1ser y de la longitud y precisi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de retardo. Se utiliza un haz l\u00e1ser para excitar la muestra y la fluorescencia resultante se recoge y converge en un cristal no lineal para producir una se\u00f1al de frecuencia sumada con un segundo l\u00e1ser de femtosegundo (l\u00e1ser de pulso gated). El tiempo de retardo entre los dos l\u00e1seres de femtosegundo se controla mediante una l\u00ednea de retardo \u00f3ptico, y la se\u00f1al de frecuencia de suma en diferentes tiempos de retardo refleja la intensidad de fluorescencia en ese momento en el tiempo, permitiendo as\u00ed la adquisici\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales de decaimiento de fluorescencia en la escala de fs. La t\u00e9cnica se ha utilizado para estudiar las regiones espectrales ultravioleta, visible e infrarrojo cercano y se ha empleado para estudiar muchos fen\u00f3menos diferentes, como la cin\u00e9tica de solvataci\u00f3n, las vibraciones de coherencia intramolecular, la cin\u00e9tica de reacci\u00f3n de fotoisomerizaci\u00f3n ultrarr\u00e1pida, las reacciones de transferencia de carga, las propiedades de fluorescencia de nucle\u00f3sidos y nucle\u00f3tidos de ADN, las reacciones de solvataci\u00f3n en m\u00faltiples sitios de prote\u00ednas globulares, as\u00ed como la din\u00e1mica del agua en el reconocimiento biol\u00f3gico, y la materia condensada.<\/p><p>(2) Los sistemas de bomba-sonda de femtosegundos, tambi\u00e9n denominados com\u00fanmente t\u00e9cnicas de absorci\u00f3n transitoria de femtosegundos (absorci\u00f3n transitoria), pueden sondear la rica informaci\u00f3n de los estados excitados de muestras no luminosas a trav\u00e9s de los espectros de absorci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secure2.wostatic.cn\/static\/cbu9ncNpj3LHuquYYMXtsJ\/1652098387(1).png\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-26503\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accscicn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/\u6cf5\u6d66\u539f\u7406\u56fe.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"551\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.accscicn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/\u6cf5\u6d66\u539f\u7406\u56fe.png 704w, https:\/\/www.accscicn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/\u6cf5\u6d66\u539f\u7406\u56fe-300x199.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/p><p>Uno de los haces se utiliza como luz de bombeo para excitar la muestra, lo que excita un cierto porcentaje de la muestra a un estado de alta excitaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, que suele ser de 0,1% a unas pocas decenas de porcentaje en diferentes experimentos. Tras un cierto tiempo de retardo t, una luz de sonda m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil (que evita los efectos multifot\u00f3n) atraviesa la regi\u00f3n excitada de la muestra. Se calcula la diferencia \u0394T en el espectro de transmisi\u00f3n entre las condiciones de presencia y ausencia (bombeo\/no bombeo) de la luz de bomba, y variando el tiempo de retardo entre la luz de bomba y la luz de sonda, se puede obtener \u0394T en funci\u00f3n del tiempo y la longitud de onda. absorci\u00f3n transitoria puede utilizarse para detectar los procesos cin\u00e9ticos de relajaci\u00f3n y salto de la carga fotogenerada dentro de un material, la vida \u00fatil de la excitaci\u00f3n y la transferencia de carga fotogenerada, la separaci\u00f3n interfacial de la carga y la transferencia de energ\u00eda entre distintos materiales, lo que la convierte en una potente herramienta para
