El modo de detecci\u00f3n introduce la luz de excitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la parte posterior del microscopio (no a trav\u00e9s del campo vibratorio) y selecciona un lugar espec\u00edfico para excitar la muestra, mientras que el canal de adquisici\u00f3n de fluorescencia pasa a trav\u00e9s del campo vibratorio hasta el detector. La cin\u00e9tica de la migraci\u00f3n del portador puede capturarse mediante el tiempo (TCSPC) y la distancia (distancia de p\u00edxel TCSPC) entre el punto de adquisici\u00f3n (posici\u00f3n del p\u00edxel en el barrido vibroseis) y el punto de excitaci\u00f3n.
