En 1995, el Departamento de Defensa estadounidense propuso un proyecto de equipo port\u00e1til de autoan\u00e1lisis bioqu\u00edmico individual para soldados, lo que despert\u00f3 un gran inter\u00e9s en los chips microflu\u00eddicos por parte de la comunidad internacional. Desde entonces, un n\u00famero creciente de expertos y estudiosos han llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n de que los chips microflu\u00eddicos pueden convertirse en una excelente plataforma para la qu\u00edmica anal\u00edtica y los han bautizado como \"sistemas de an\u00e1lisis total miniaturizados\" (\u03bcTAS). Ese mismo a\u00f1o, Quake et al. publicaron un art\u00edculo en Science titulado \"Microfluidic Large-Scale Integration\" (Integraci\u00f3n microflu\u00eddica a gran escala), que integraba miles de v\u00e1lvulas de control y cientos de reactores en un \u00fanico chip, y utilizaba la tecnolog\u00eda de microv\u00e1lvulas y microbombas para controlar con precisi\u00f3n el flujo microflu\u00eddico. En 2006, Daw et al. publicaron un informe titulado \"Lab on a Chip\" en la revista Nature, que analizaba y explicaba el desarrollo y las aplicaciones de los chips de control de micro y nanoflujos desde diversas perspectivas, y catalogaba la LOC como una de las \"siete tecnolog\u00edas clave del siglo\". El informe tambi\u00e9n enumeraba la LOC como una de las \"siete tecnolog\u00edas del siglo\". En la actualidad, la importancia estrat\u00e9gica del Lab on a Chip ha sido reconocida tanto por el mundo acad\u00e9mico como por la industria a un nivel superior y a mayor escala.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-indent: 28px;\"><span style=\"font-family: \u5fae\u8f6f\u96c5\u9ed1; color: #051c2c;\">A medida que el tama\u00f1o del canal en un chip micro-nano-flu\u00eddico disminuye de la escala microm\u00e9trica (\u00b5m) a la nanom\u00e9trica (nm), las fuerzas de van der Waals, las fuerzas electrost\u00e1ticas y las fuerzas capilares en el interior del canal se vuelven gradualmente dominantes en la acci\u00f3n sobre el fluido. La longitud de onda del haz de electrones es muy corta, 0,12 nm a un sistema de tensi\u00f3n de aceleraci\u00f3n de 100 KV, y seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda del l\u00edmite de difracci\u00f3n de Abbe, la precisi\u00f3n de la escritura directa por haz de electrones puede ser del orden de los nan\u00f3metros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-indent: 28px;\"><span style=\"font-family: \u5fae\u8f6f\u96c5\u9ed1; color: #051c2c;\">La escritura directa de nanoestructuras mediante haz de electrones ofrece muchas ventajas sobre otras t\u00e9cnicas convencionales de procesamiento de nanoestructuras, como:<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Alta resoluci\u00f3n, sin m\u00e1scara, gran profundidad de enfoque y capacidad para escribir directamente en nanoestructuras arbitrarias mediante control inform\u00e1tico.<\/span>El principal inconveniente de la escritura directa con haz de electrones es el efecto de proximidad mutua debido a la dispersi\u00f3n en el sustrato y las capas fotorresistentes, que puede provocar dosis absorbidas desiguales en la zona expuesta. La escritura directa con haz de plasm\u00f3n es una t\u00e9cnica de nanofabricaci\u00f3n en la que un haz de plasm\u00f3n de alta energ\u00eda se enfoca en la capa fotorresistente para procesar directamente las nanoestructuras. La capacidad de penetraci\u00f3n del haz de plasmones es mayor que la del haz de electrones y el \u00e1ngulo de dispersi\u00f3n espacial del haz de plasmones es extremadamente peque\u00f1o, lo que permite producir nanoestructuras con una elevada relaci\u00f3n de aspecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-indent: 28px;\"><span style=\"font-family: \u5fae\u8f6f\u96c5\u9ed1; color: #051c2c;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u2463 Tecnolog\u00eda de escritura directa de dos fotones con l\u00e1ser de femtosegundo:<\/span>Se trata de un m\u00e9todo de procesamiento basado en una fuente de luz l\u00e1ser con una anchura de pulso m\u00e1s estrecha y una potencia de pico m\u00e1s elevada que otras t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales de procesamiento por l\u00e1ser continuo, que a menudo interact\u00faa con el material mediante efectos no lineales, y puede alcanzar precisiones de procesamiento inferiores a cien nan\u00f3metros y buenas capacidades de procesamiento en 3D, por lo que ofrece grandes ventajas en el campo de la micro y nanofabricaci\u00f3n. El l\u00e1ser de femtosegundo alcanza el interior del material de la muestra mediante convergencia objetiva, y dado que el material interact\u00faa con el l\u00e1ser de femtosegundo en un modo de
